Do you work for an international company that speaks English?
Do guys with almost zero language skills come to your company?
And most importantly, do you speak English yourself?

I don’t invent anything, I work with guys who come with a very basic level of English and begin to speak in 2-3 months, and after 6 months they already feel confident (albeit with mistakes). I myself joined the company 5 years ago and almost did not know the language, and two years later I passed the TOEFL certificate, game - two stakes above.
