Dear President,

as many of you have already noticed, we are late with the second welcome kit’s shipment tranche.

Unfortunately due to the conjunction of some events like WPM and WDW and a new bureaucratic procedure we have to follow to do the shipment, all the process has been protracted in time.

Therefore we are sorry to inform you that the second shipment tranche will be delivered in September because Ducati will stay close during August.

не очень понимаю нах он нужен в сентябре, но как-то так. Наверно от ВДВ перегрелись.
